We are the face of Crestron to our customers and dealers, building relationships with territories and interacting frequently with the same people over time. We assist clients with questions or issues after their order has been placed and processed. We analyze situations, investigate problems and determine solutions to ensure our clients’ concerns and needs are met. We also provide all types of support to Crestron dealers, from orders, returns, tracking, availabilities, pricing and more.

Order Fulfillment

This important team ensures that client orders are processed in accordance with Crestron’s customer service standards. We also make sure that adequate inventory levels are maintained, to maximize customer satisfaction.

Sales Support Services (Technical Sales)

Technical Publications

This team delivers product information digitally to the Crestron customers. Current Crestron customers are easily able to get answers to all product details and prospective customers are able to easily find the right solution for their business needs.

Technical Support (Tier 1, Tier 2, Advance Technical Support Group)

Our technical support teams resolve customer issues by applying their advanced Crestron product knowledge and expertise, while utilizing available resources. They must ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly.

Technical Training & Crestron Technical Institute (CTI)

Our CTI (Crestron Technical Institute) team empowers our customers by providing training that allows them to be able design, install, configure or program commercial and residential A/V systems. Attendance at our CTI classes includes hands-on training and the opportunity to learn from and interact with our veteran Crestron training instructors. These professionals have over 20 years of experience in the industry and often helped design the Crestron systems for which they teach.
