This highly rewarding position offers high earning potential to those sales professionals that know how to close business.  Inside Sales has the incredible opportunity to develop, advise and nurture discerning Crestron customers. We expect members of this team to become experts in our products and the direct-from-manufacturer sales model that has made Crestron Electronics, Inc. a leader in our space. Located at our beautiful office space in Plano Texas; the Inside Sales team will have all key resources necessary be successful.

Responsibilities

  • The Inside Sales Professional will be responsible for maintaining relationships and growing wallet share with existing Crestron dealers.
  • Additionally, Inside Sales will work closely with the field organization to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory
  • Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position Crestron as a competitive solution.
  • Learn the full range of Crestron technology, products, and services to articulate to dealers how these products and services align to their customer needs.
  • Effectively manage daily key activities within Crestron Salesforce CRM
  • Provide virtual demos and training on Crestron products
  • Via education and inspiration, our Inside Sales Account Managers drive Crestron Electronics' brand with the highest integrity at all times.

  • This is a business-to-business sales opportunity and you must be comfortable with in a quota carrying environment. 
  • Be a team player.  We want teammates with a proactive, never-fail attitude in the face of adversity, ambiguous situations and a lack of managerial oversight.  You should have the ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working with teammates for the greater good of the team and company    
  • Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals
  • Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a highly automated & collaborative sales environment
  • Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback), applying, and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Sales experience, Inside Sales experience - a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • A/V or technical product/service sales experience - prefered.
  • 1-2 years of Channel or Distributor sales experience - preferred. 
  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
  • Excellent over the phone communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform.
  • College Degree --preferred.
