This position provides support to transition new products from Engineering to Production. This role provides administration and clerical support to the project management team and is responsible for running multiple reports, updating key performance indicator metrics and maintains various status logs. The candidate should have sound computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio). Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning tools such as SAP is preferred.


  • Assist managers by providing status updates to ensure projects stay on track
  • Support the project management team in the completion of process deliverables
  • Prepare project status updates and reports
  • Schedule and attend project meetings
  • Special projects as assigned


  • HS Diploma required, AS preferred in Business or Engineering discipline
  • 1-2 years experience in an admin role is required, preferably within engineering or manufacturing
  • Able to demonstrate a good level of understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes towork with the teams throughout the project development cycle
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
